Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring an AI Developer to own and ship our automation roadmap. You will build production systems on top of AI, not just research models, and work closely with engineering leadership to turn a documented roadmap into shipped automation workflows.

You should have hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and API integrations with OpenAI or Anthropic, plus strong REST/webhook knowledge and cloud deployment basics.

Formación

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agent frameworks.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use, streaming).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and basic cloud deployment.
• English sufficient for async written work with a US-based team.

Responsabilidades

• Turn automation roadmaps into shipped, production systems.
• Build agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.
• Integrate OpenAI or Anthropic APIs including tool use and function calling.
• Develop automation pipelines connecting WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace and internal CMS.
