A leading financial services organization located in Mexico City is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to manage regulatory developments and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate must demonstrate fluency in English, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret regulations. Responsibilities include triaging alerts, preparing communications and management reports, and enhancing regulatory processes within an inclusive workplace.

Responsabilidades

• Triage all Alerts based on jurisdiction and Risk Steward area.
• Undertake initial Applicability Assessment of a Development.
• Prepare Communications on Developments using Newsletter feature.
• Prepare high level summary of ongoing regulatory developments.
• Prepare and share Management Reports.
• Review and assign Regulatory Developments alerts.
• Analyze and prepare reports on actions taken by regulators.
• Creation of Regulatory Development records from alerts.
• Enhance and document the process.
• Perform periodic Quality checks on alerts.
