Colgate-Palmolive seeks a dynamic Regulatory Affairs Manager for its Mexico City division to lead regulatory compliance, product lifecycle oversight, and safety surveillance across Oral, Personal, Home Care, and Medical Device portfolios.

The role requires managing COFEPRIS negotiations, supervising the RA team, and collaborating across functions to ensure 100% compliance with local standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacobiological Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs (Cosmetics/Pharma/Medical Devices)
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Proven COFEPRIS negotiation experience with strong regulatory compliance history
• Proficiency with digital regulatory platforms and English (written & spoken)

Responsabilités

• Define and execute regulatory strategies; represent company before COFEPRIS and trade associations (e.g., CANIPEC).
• Manage end-to-end registrations, notifications, and dossier stewardship for product portfolios.
• Oversee Technovigilance Unit Responsible Person, post-market surveillance.
• Lead the local Regulatory Affairs team and manage department budgets.
