We are looking for licensed general nurses from Mexico with an international vocation, interested in professional development in hospitals and clinics in the United States, primarily in the state of Texas. Available positions include areas such as emergency care, intensive care, internal medicine, pediatrics, surgery, and more. This is a recruitment project with full support, aimed at professionals who want to migrate to the U.S. legally and safely. The program provides assistance with credential validation, NCLEX preparation, and immigration procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and compassionate nursing care in high‑demand clinical settings.
  • Actively participate in patient assessment, treatment, and follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Accurately document and communicate clinical information.
  • Adapt to protocols and regulations of the U.S. healthcare system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in General Nursing and a valid professional license in Mexico.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (ideally in emergency or hospital settings).
  • Intermediate English level (B1 or higher) verifiable (support provided to improve if needed).
  • Commitment to take and pass the NCLEX‑RN exam (advising and study resources provided).
  • Willingness to live and work in the U.S. long‑term.
  • Strong service orientation, adaptability, and openness to new cultures.
