At NIBU (Nissan Importers Business Unit), we are looking for a Regional Sales Jr. Manager to join our Sales team. This strategic position aims to strengthen relationships with our assigned importers, ensuring compliance with brand standards, profitability, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance. You will play a key role in executing the regional strategy, working closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure and follow up on the delivery of commitments for your assigned region.
Coordinate with the NIBU team to guarantee the implementation of the monthly strategy.
Monitor and manage work plans aligned with business priorities.
Support the development of executive‑level materials.
Ensure that importers operate in compliance with brand‑defined standards (including Dealer Network and Development).
Maintain strong commercial relationships with the distributor network to support the achievement of individual market goals.
Identify, report, and maximize sales opportunities and operational improvements for importers.
Track business indicators (sales funnel, Sales Satisfaction Index, profitability) to enhance importer performance.
Review point‑of‑sale performance and ensure carflow compliance.
Listen to, analyze, and report feedback from the sales force to adapt commercial strategies to the “gemba” (frontline).
Monitor logistics information to maximize commercial output.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles, within the automotive industry or similar field.
Strong knowledge of sales, distribution, marketing, and/or customer satisfaction.
Advanced English proficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems or commercial management platforms is a plus.
Experience working in multicultural environments.
Valid driver’s license.
Availability to travel: 70% (international trips).
Desirable: Experience in marketing or sales within Latin American markets.
