Johnson Matthey Plc in Querétaro is seeking a Regional Raw Materials Analyst to support regional material planning, optimize inventory, and sustain supply continuity. You will collaborate across functions, monitor KPIs, engage suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

• Plan & optimize regional raw material planning processes and inventory strategies to support customer service, supply continuity, and working capital objectives.
• Collaborate across functions by providing data, analysis, and recommendations on supply scenarios, inventory strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Engage suppliers and subcontractors, monitoring capacity alignment, service performance, and execution of supply plans.
• Monitor regional supply chain KPIs, supplier performance, inventory health, and planning effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating supply risks through scenario analysis and contingency planning activities.
• Contribute to supply chain improvement initiatives focused on planning efficiency and process standardization.

Job Title: Regional Raw Materials Analyst Location: Queretaro

The role: As a Regional Raw Materials Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:

• Plan & Optimize: Execute regional raw material planning processes and inventory strategies to support customer service, supply continuity, and working capital objectives.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Participate in the S&OP process by providing data, analysis, and recommendations on supply scenarios, inventory strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Engage Suppliers & Partners: Support supplier and subcontractor relationship management activities, helping to monitor capacity alignment, service performance, and execution of supply plans.
• Monitor & Improve: Track regional supply chain KPIs, supplier performance, inventory health, and planning effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Supply Risk Management: Assist in identifying and mitigating supply risks through scenario analysis, inventory planning, supplier collaboration, and contingency planning activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to supply chain improvement initiatives focused on planning efficiency, inventory optimization, supplier performance, and process standardization.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
