A global technology company is looking for a Regional Technical Problem Solving Manager to lead technical problem-solving initiatives focused on the Mexico sites. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to address complex manufacturing or design issues, and developing training programs to enhance problem-solving expertise. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of relevant experience and a strong background in engineering. Proficiency in English and leadership skills are essential. Availability to travel to different sites is required.
The Regional Technical Problem Solving manager is the leader of technical problem-solving activities across the region with special focus on the Mexico sites.
She / He leads cross functional teams to solve complex and difficult manufacturing or design problems, define a path to identify high impact projects based on metrics using Rolling Top 5TM, delivering year over year improvements.
Develops cross functional teams on different problem solving methodologies, such as Red X, Six Sigma, SPS & QRQC.
This position reports to the Regional Sr.
Manager of Customer Quality and will have direct and indirect reports in the Mexico plants.
This position is located in our Automotive Site in Hermosillo, Sonora.
Availability to travel to our other sites will be needed.
