Role Overview

The Finance Project Manager LATAM drives transformative finance initiatives, delivering automation and operational efficiencies across Finance Operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and change management, ensuring sustainable improvements and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Lead end-to-end execution of finance systems projects, from initiation through completion.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans; track action items, issues, and risks; elevate and resolve promptly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate proactively with functional leaders, process owners, system users, IT, and business leadership.
    • Champion change management initiatives to ensure lasting transformation.
  • Process Automation & Standardization
    • Identify and implement opportunities for finance process improvement, automation, and standardization.
    • Leverage data management technologies to minimize manual data extraction, manipulation, and reconciliation.
  • Reporting & Communication
    • Prepare business case presentations and reports for stakeholders and senior management.
    • Translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable communications for diverse audiences.
  • Process Improvement & Efficiency
    • Identify and drive opportunities for process and cost efficiencies within Finance functions.
    • Ensure Finance processes operate optimally, simplifying workflows and eliminating duplication while balancing risk and control.
