Formación

• Seasoned executive able to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to present complex issues confidently and concisely.
• Resilience to work under pressure with changing priorities.
• Outstanding relationship management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Strong financial analytical background and proven ability in financial reasoning.
• Understanding of the HSBC Group and its strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Report directly to the LAM COO and ensure compliance with legal responsibilities.
• Support the LAM Digital Business Services strategy development.
• Partner with LAM DBS senior leadership team to drive performance change.
• Identify emerging risks and resolve issues.
• Prepare the LAM COO for key meetings with strategic insights.
• Provide executive administration services for meetings chaired by LAM COO.
• Leverage Performance Services organization for execution support.
• Review LAM DBS governance and conduct performance monitoring.
• Assess emerging risks and provide reports and recommendations.
• Manage LAM COO commitments across governance forums.
