Responsibilities
- Responsible for Customer Service Call Center area.
- Claims review and approval of payments.
- KPI control and team development.
- Coordination of travel emergencies, flight cancellations, flight delays, trip interruptions and cancellations, baggage, etc.
- Travel interruptions and cancellations, baggage delays and similar events in general travel assistance.
- Processing and payment of policy claims.
- Elite customer service management.
- Coordination of high performance teams of 25 to 40 service agents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or professional career completed.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday and extended shifts.
- Bilingual / Business English C1-C2.
- Availability for hybrid work.
- Availability to live in Queretaro or immediate change of residence.
- Knowledge in Coordination of work teams, customer service, Call Center, Specialized Agents.
- Office - Outlook - Computer Equipment - Excel.
- Updated CV with contact information.
- Coordination of travel emergencies, flight cancellations, flight delays, trip interruptions and cancellations, baggage, etc. (as part of responsibilities).

- Official documents in order.
