Halliburton, Reforma, Chiapas, is seeking an Entry-Level Petroleum Engineer to provide multi-PSL design, well support, and post job analysis. You will build strong relationships with technical clients and deliver high-quality services for challenging jobs.

Ideal candidates have a petroleum engineering degree, MPD knowledge, and strong English and negotiation skills. This role requires on-site work in Reforma, with opportunities to contribute to CPI improvements and technology adoption.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience in direct client interaction, including attending meetings, presenting technical work, and defending deliverables.
• Professional experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in MPD operations.
• Technical knowledge of drilling operations and MPD systems.
• Advanced English level.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Under general supervision, provides multi-PSL job design, well support, and post job analysis to customers in a designated area.
• Develops and maintains personal relationships with the technical customer base and provides highly technical expert support to less experienced staff.
• May go on critical jobs where service quality or job complexity could be an issue.
• May maintain job schedules and help perform PPRs.
• Liaises with customers on technical issues, including performance review and process improvements to better support the needs of the customer.
• May initiate, review, and close CPI-related corrections, prevention, and improvements pertaining to technology.

Job Duties

May work with the local Business Development personnel to insure customers are kept current on technology. May initiate, review, and close Correction, Prevention, Improvement (CPI)s pertaining to Technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related fields.

Proven experience in direct client interaction, including attending meetings, presenting technical work, and defending deliverables.

Professional experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations.

Technical knowledge of drilling operations and MPD systems.

Advanced English level.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client expectations.
