About the Role

We are a dynamic, fast-growing mortgage company looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Professional to join our team. This role is pivotal to our expansion as you will be the first point of contact in our mission to attract top-tier loan officer talent to the mortgage company.

Your primary focus will be on outbound cold calling to active loan officers, generating interest in the mortgage company platform, and scheduling appointments for our recruiting managers. This is a high-energy, phone-based sales role perfect for someone who thrives on making connections and is motivated by a clear path to uncapped earnings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to loan officers using a proven script and rebuttal system.
  • Effectively communicate the value propositions of joining Nexa (e.g., competitive rates, faster loan closing times, superior platform support).
  • Overcome objections and generate qualified interest.
  • Schedule appointments for our recruiting team to take over the final onboarding discussions.
  • Manage and update lead statuses in our CRM system.
  • Utilize multiple communication channels (phone, text, email) to engage potential recruits.
What We're Looking For (Ideal Candidate Profile)
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, apointment settler or a similar outbound sales role.
  • Tech-savvy and computer literate, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate CRM software and communication tools.
  • A fast-paced, results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Cultural Fit: We are seeking individuals accustomed to a fast-paced, U.S. market work environment. Familiarity with the U.S. sales culture is essential.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Experience: Sales, Mortgage, Real Estate, or CRM Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Language: English (Required - Advanced/Fluent Level)
