THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING
- Understanding the talent demands for the Information Technology industry and translate those demands into a staffing strategy that is timely and results driven with clear action items
- Developing creative sourcing plans to include traditional networking strategies, web-based, and social media (non-traditional) strategies
- Assisting in development and management of an enterprise college and intern recruitment strategy to support the growing business
- Working with management, peers and other HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization relating to policies and practices
- Participate in special and projects to enhance and improve the Recruiting department's functions
SKILLS THAT WOULD QUALIFY YOU FOR THIS POSITION
- Bachelor's Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
- 4+ years of corporate, agency or headhunter recruiting experience preferably for the IT industry
- Experience supporting multiple business units in recruiting including management and highly technical / analytical positions
- Advanced experience with multiple recruiting software platforms such as: LinkedIn, Indeed, OCC
- Experience in competency-based interview and assessment techniques
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
- Skilled in establishing productive and effective working relationships
- Highly experienced with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and / or Access)
- Fully Bilingual (English / Spanish)
EXTRA POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Insurance and / or financial services recruiting experience
- Experience with multiple recruiting software platforms such as: Taleo, MyStaffingPro, CareerBuilder, ICIMS, Workday
