A fast-growing real estate investment company is seeking a Real Estate Leads Manager to manage and cultivate leads from initial contact to conversion. This remote role offers flexibility while contributing to a dynamic team. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills and is motivated by sales goals. Responsibilities include initiating contact with agents, assessing leads, and maintaining accurate records. Compensation is $5 - $7 hourly.

Formación

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Motivated by sales goals and driven to achieve results.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsabilidades

  • Initiate contact with real estate agents and present offers on on-market properties.
  • Quickly respond to inquiries and assess leads based on set criteria.
  • Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates on lead status and conversion rates.

Compensation
