Autoliv is seeking an RDE Manager to lead strategic cost reduction initiatives across products, manufacturing, and supply chain. You will collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, and Suppliers to drive value engineering and design optimization while maintaining quality and safety.

You will enable organizational capability by training stakeholders on cost management tools and ensuring targets are achieved from NOI to EOL.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience in Automotive Product Development.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong technical CAD skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and cost optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional cost reduction initiatives to meet annual targets.
• Align Design-to-Value (D2V) with Negotiation teams to maximize savings.
• Identify barriers and accelerate cost improvement actions.
• Train stakeholders on cost improvement methodologies and tools.
• Monitor performance and report insights to leadership.
