A biotechnology company is seeking a Rare Disease Specialist to drive the launch of new therapies. This role will require over 10 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical sales, particularly in rare diseases. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in communication, account management, and an understanding of the regulatory landscape. You will engage healthcare professionals, manage lead programs, and represent the company at scientific events while traveling up to 50% nationally.

Formación

  • 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales focused on rare diseases.
  • Experience launching early-stage therapies or building lead networks.
  • Existing HCP relationships in assigned geography.

Responsabilidades

  • Execute a salesforce-driven lead program with qualified leads.
  • Engage HCPs with evidence-based messaging.
  • Provide feedback on physician insights and unmet needs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance campaign strategy.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs for lead conversion and account development.
  • Represent the company at conferences and advisory boards.
  • Document HCP interactions according to regulations.
  • Uphold ethical standards prioritizing patient welfare.
