Alstom in Sahagun, Hidalgo is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to define and validate the detailed manufacturing process for a new product. You will prepare industrial documentation and set the manufacturing method time, ensuring quality and cost targets.

You will work with Process Engineers and Product Industrial Managers, participate in design reviews, estimate method times, and perform ERP routings and work instructions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in railway industry.
• Technical knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and writing work instructions.
• Experience with ERP such as SAP for BOMs and routings.
• Familiarity with Quality, EHS standards and ergonomics.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and validate the manufacturing process for a new product.
• Participate in product design reviews when required.
• Estimate Method Time.
• Participate in P-FMEA and validation of prototypes.
• Write tooling specifications and manage ERP routings/work instructions.
• Support production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement workshops and industrial REX.
