A global life science company based in Mexico, Coahuila, is seeking a candidate for the R&D role focused on delivering projects with quality and cost-efficiency. The position requires a degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy and a minimum of 2 years' experience in R&D. Responsibilities include leading project teams, applying statistical tools for analysis, and ensuring project delivery on time and within budget. Candidates must be fluent in English, with a postgraduate degree in project management being desirable.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience in R&D.
• Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology or Pharmacy, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Postgraduate degree in project management is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or participate in project teams focused on developing new products.
• Design development plans for research projects.
• Plan and execute studies in collaboration with external centres.
• Apply statistical and bioinformatic tools for data analysis.
• Ensure delivery of projects on time, on budget, and with quality.
