Molex is seeking a QPM Analyst to support end-to-end supplier quotation, pricing, and master data governance. You will transform quotations into insights that inform global business decisions and collaborate across functions to optimize cost, lead-time, and supplier performance.

You will contribute to pricing discipline, maintain SAP master data, and support PO pricing governance while participating in digital roadmap initiatives with SupplyFrame and analytics teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Quotation and Pricing Management, Commercial Excellence, Procurement, pricing or related supply chain function.
• Experience with pricing governance, RFQ analysis and analytical cost modeling.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Create and maintain Purchase Info Records (PIRs) in SAP to support accurate procurement master data.
• Support Purchase Order (PO) pricing governance and pricing discipline.
• Support the digital quotation roadmap through SupplyFrame DSI, including user adoption and alignment with SupplyFrame and analytics.
• Support global pricing and lead-time governance.
• Partner cross-functionally to provide analytics and negotiation support to Procurement and business stakeholders.
• Apply PBM principles by demonstrating accountability and a strong contribution mindset while creating value for stakeholders.

As a QPM Analyst at Molex, you will support end-to-end supplier quotation, pricing, purchasing information records and cost governance. You will transform supplier quotations into actionable commercial insights and recommendations that support global business decisions.

In this role, you will help strengthen procurement outcomes through pricing discipline, accurate procurement master data in SAP, and cross-functional collaboration focused on cost, lead-time and supplier optimization across the supply chain.

Our Team

You will be part of the Quotation & Pricing Management (QPM) team, a core element of Molex's Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE). The team works across sourcing, NPD, cost engineering, analytics and digital platforms to support Molex's global businesses with scalable, data-driven quotation and pricing capabilities.

What You Will Do

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in Quotation and Pricing Management, Commercial Excellence, Procurement, pricing or a related supply chain function.
• Experience with pricing governance, RFQ analysis and analytical cost modeling.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
