You will lead audits, drive root-cause analysis, train staff, and collaborate with production to ensure processes meet quality goals. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with strong data analytics and decision-making skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Food Science.
• Minimum 5 years in quality management in manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
• Data analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Spanish and English.
• Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively.
• Quality certifications (e.g., Internal Auditor ISO, Six Sigma) a plus.

Responsabilidades del Puesto**

• Desarrollar, implementar y mantener los sistemas de gestión de calidad (SGC) de acuerdo con las normas ISO y los requisitos internos de la empresa.
• Coordinar y ejecutar auditorías internas y externas de calidad, así como el seguimiento de las acciones correctivas y preventivas resultantes.
• Liderar la investigación y resolución de problemas de calidad, incluyendo el análisis de causa raíz y la implementación de soluciones efectivas.
• Colaborar con los equipos de producción y operaciones para asegurar que los procesos cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos.
• Gestionar y capacitar al personal en temas relacionados con la calidad, promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua.
• Analizar datos de calidad, identificar tendencias y generar informes para la dirección sobre el desempeño del SGC.
• Asegurar que la documentación del SGC esté actualizada y sea accesible para todo el personal relevante.
• Participar activamente en la mejora continua de productos, procesos y servicios.

Calificaciones del Puesto**

• Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química, Ciencias de los Alimentos o campo relacionado.
• Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en roles de gestión de calidad, preferiblemente en la industria manufacturera.
• Conocimiento profundo de las normas ISO 9001 (y otras normas relevantes para la industria).
• Experiencia demostrable en la implementación y mantenimiento de sistemas de gestión de calidad.
• Habilidades avanzadas en análisis de datos, resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en español e inglés.
• Capacidad para liderar equipos, motivar al personal y trabajar de forma colaborativa.
• Certificaciones en calidad (ej. Auditor Interno ISO, Six Sigma) son una ventaja.
