SQA Services in Mexico is seeking a skilled Cable & Harness Inspector to join our team in Chihuahua. This full-time role requires meticulous attention to detail and expertise in cable/harness inspection.

The candidate will read schematics, document COCs, and ensure compliance with IPC-A-620 standards, with potential overtime and weekend work as needed.

We value bilingual English/Spanish communication and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years as Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings; identify wiring components.
• Proficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC).
• Bilingual English and Spanish; read/write proficiency.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
• Verify wiring orientation, correct turns, and pigtails per specifications.
• Confirm shipping documentation is legible and accurate (part number, serial number, etc.).
• Check documentation packages to industry standards and classify defects.
• Interpret manufacturing drawings and identify non-conformances.
• Periodically verify accuracy and ensure productivity to meet production schedules.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area organized.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cable & Harness Inspector to join our team in Mexico. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of cable and harness assembly methods
• Familiar with IPC-A-620 standards
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fields
• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and identify wiring components
• Proficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC)
• Strong organizational, communication, and software adaptation skills
• Proven ability to de-escalate workplace conflicts effectivelyBilingual English and Spanish must be able to read and write
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified or previously certified in IPC-A-620 is a plus but not required
• Diploma or GED from an accredited high school or technical school; college degree in engineering
• Knowledge of electronic contract manufacturing and LEAN manufacturing
• Preferred: 5 years of experience, with 2 years as a Cable and Harness Inspector

$28 - $32 an hour
