Hunter Douglas, Inc. is looking for a Quality Manager in Monterrey, Nuevo León, to oversee the quality management system and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves developing quality standards, conducting audits, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering. Formación

Educación

Position Overview

Responsible for overseeing our quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Participate in investigations and root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Interface with customers and suppliers on quality matters.

Who you are

• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.).
