Texas Instruments is seeking a dynamic lab operator in Mexico to perform quality control activities within one of our labs. You will inspect products, audits QC programs, and support packaging line inspections to ensure materials meet TI standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, ability to multitask with minimal supervision, and understanding of material flow processes. Preference given to candidates familiar with TI quality systems and lab labeling rules.

• Assess draft and final label copy and understand labeling regulations.
• Minimize downtime by reducing production rework and recalls.

Job Description Texas Instruments is looking for a dynamic and detailed-oriented lab operator to perform quality control activities within one of our labs.
Responsibilities Include

• Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs
• Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sample and test incoming components and raw materials
• Ensure raw materials, in-process and finished products meet company standards
• Apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated
• Assess draft and final label copy, utilize knowledge of labeling regulations
• Minimize down time by reducing production rework and recalls

QualificationsMinimum requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Understand complex processing of material flow

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualified to perform visual inspections, AVI inspections, wafer splits, and wafer packing
• Knowledgeable with various TI quality-related systems
