North American Production Sharing, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Deputy Quality Representative to oversee the Quality Department and report to Management on the health of the Quality Management System.

You will drive ISO 9001 initiatives and coordinate with staff across regions to support quality growth and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong English proficiency, IPC-A-610/620 knowledge, and experience with QMS and IATF 16949/ISO 13485.

Formación

• Over 5 years of experience in a similar EMS quality role.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken skills.
• Proficiency with IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 workmanship standards.

Responsabilidades

• Report to Top Management on quality trends affecting the QMS health.
• Verify conformity and effectiveness of the QMS.
• Conduct periodic internal, supplier, and customer audits.

Descripción del empleo

To oversee and provide direction to the various functions of the Quality Department.

As the ISO 9001 designated Deputy Quality Representative, to report to Management on the health of the Quality Management System.

Work within the parameters of the QM System to help the companyachieve general and company-specific quality efforts and growth goals.

Coordinate and exchange with staff/resources across different regions

Tasks and Responsibilities

Report to Top Management any trends or issues which may affect the health of the Quality Management System or customer satisfaction levels

Verify the conformity of the quality management system, evaluate its effectiveness and efficiency

Conduct periodic Management Reviews and the annual ISO 9001 Management Review

Monitor and Report on the Quality Management Systems that verify conformity of products

Monitor and report on customer satisfaction

Monitor and report on the quality performance of suppliers

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive actions

Monitor and report on the identification, control and disposition nonconforming products

Analyze, review and report the results of internal, vendor and customer audits.

Monitor Internal Audits

Provide direction to Quality Assurance and Quality Control subordinates as required

Assure positive quality product output through continuous improvement actions and efforts

Direct or assist quality related investigative actions

Interact with customer regarding perceived non-compliance issues

Maintain material traceability as required

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within the EMS Industry

Strong customer-facing

Fluent in the electronic assembly and cabling workmanship requirements per IPC-A-610 and 620

Understanding of the Quality Management System and ISO 9001.

Experience with IATF 16949, and ISO 13485

Advanced English proficiency

Valid U.S. visa and availability to travel
