Empresa Confidencial is seeking a results-driven Quality Manager to lead our technical quality department, manage high-performing engineering teams, and uphold top standards of excellence in Monterrey.

You will establish and sustain QA systems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality across sheet metal fabrication processes such as bending, punching and forming. Fluency in English and a solid engineering background are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related).
• At least 4 years of quality/quality engineering management experience.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Experience in metal-mechanic or sheet metal manufacturing (bending, punching, forming).
• Hands-on QA systems management and quality control for fabrication processes.
• Proactive, urgent, decisive leadership focused on people.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical quality management systems with defined standards and procedures.
• Oversee team staffing, training, performance, and development.
• Manage fabrication quality across bending, punching, forming and general fabrication.
• Collaborate with engineering/design in reviews to embed quality early.
• Drive CAPA, root cause analysis, non-conformance reporting and data-driven improvements.

We are looking for a results-driven Quality Manager to lead our technical quality department, manage high-performing engineering teams, and maintain the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Quality Management: Develop, implement, and maintain technical quality assurance systems, defining standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating product precision, accuracy, and reliability.
• Team Leadership & Development: Manage department activities, including staffing decisions, training, performance management, and talent evaluation to ensure efficient operations.
• Fabrication Quality Control: Oversee operational quality across sheet metal processes, specifically bending, punching, forming, and general fabrication.
• Engineering & Design Collaboration: Participate in engineering design reviews to embed essential quality requirements and considerations early in the manufacturing process.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive root cause analysis (CAPA), non-conformance reporting, and assist product support teams in gathering and analyzing quality data with a high sense of urgency.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering Management role.
• Language: Advanced / Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Industry Experience: Proven track record in the metal-mechanic / sheet metal manufacturing sector. (bending, punching, forming, and general fabrication).
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in quality control for bending, punching, and fabrication processes, alongside technical QA systems management.
• Mindset: Strong sense of urgency, proactive problem-solving skills, and a decisive, people-focused leadership style.
