You will drive the adoption of automated test frameworks, mentor junior engineers, and ensure quality delivery through clear standards. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience, advanced English skills, and strong leadership capabilities. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead QA initiatives across API and backend testing, ensuring high‑quality delivery through strong technical guidance and clear quality standards.
• Design and execute API test strategies and oversee implementation across the team to guarantee reliability, performance, and coverage.
• Drive the adoption and improvement of automated test frameworks, integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid‑level QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product leaders to define quality‑driven processes and shift‑left testing practices.
• Coordinate test planning, execution, and reporting for cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring transparent communication of quality metrics and risks.
• Oversee defect management, prioritization, and resolution, ensuring alignment with business impact and release timelines.
• Promote best practices in API testing, automation, documentation, and observability, strengthening team maturity and testing efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in testing tools, infrastructure, and workflows to enhance operational reliability and testing scalability.
