Outlier is offering a remote program for LATAM software engineers to train AI models through QA coding tasks. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear CS prompts. No AI experience required; a CS degree and production code experience are preferred.

Earn up to $34 USD/hr with additional incentive opportunities. This freelance, 1099 contract role supports flexible, remote work from Latin America, including Mexico, with payment terms described in the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve model output.
• Write computer science questions and develop prompts that challenge AI models.
