Jabil Malaysia is seeking a motivated business student intern to support procurement activities. You will assist quotation processes, track purchase orders, and maintain procurement records.

The role emphasizes data analysis, supplier communication, and continuous improvement while adhering to company policies and timelines. Strong Excel skills and fluent English are beneficial.

Education & Experience

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, International Trade, or a related business field.

• Support quotation processes and purchase order.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain reports, databases, and procurement documentation.
• Analyze procurement data Communicate effectively and professionally with suppliers and internal teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to established policies and timelines.
