Stellantis NV is seeking a Supplier Quality Development Engineer (SQD) for Propulsion Systems to lead supplier teams in addressing quality spills, supply constraints, and throughput limits, ensuring high efficiency and robust manufacturing processes that meet Stellantis quality and capacity requirements.

This role collaborates with internal and external Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to validate containment plans, drive root-cause analysis, deploy improvements, and share lessons

Formación

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years' work experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Reactive Green Belt Certification.
• Strong Communication, analytical and negotiation skills at all levels of management.
• Team building and program management capabilities.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Drive resolution of supplier-related quality and supply issues.
• Support responsible SQEs in crisis management with local onsite support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supplier, purchasing, supply chain, engineering, quality to resolve issues.
• Quickly and accurately identify equipment-related issues, frame problems, and implement effective resolutions.
• Apply advanced maintenance and problem-solving tools to eliminate chronic equipment failures and reduce downtime.
• Lead the development and execution of preventive maintenance strategies to extend equipment life and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Implement and sustain 5S and visual management systems to improve workplace efficiency and safety.
• Plan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple autonomous and preventive maintenance projects across supplier and plant locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance, and workplace organization into broader quality and reliability strategies.
