Formación

  • Strong experience in strategy, operations, or project management within manufacturing.

Senior Project Manager and lead strategic initiatives that define the future of Americas Manufacturing building cross‑functional alignment, driving operational excellence, and turning long‑term ambitions into executable roadmaps that deliver real impact.

Core Responsibilities
  • Project Management – Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives that transform manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate direction and generating a positive impact on results.
  • Strategy Formulation & Alignment – Co‑lead the development of 3–to‑5 year Americas manufacturing strategies by integrating insights from operations, finance, technology, supply chain, and global teams.
  • Roadmap Development & Ownership – Build, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive strategic roadmap covering capacity, technology, digitalization, productivity, and risk mitigation.
  • Portfolio & Program Governance – Define prioritization criteria, manage the strategic initiative funnel, and ensure initiatives follow stage‑gate, readiness, and governance frameworks.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management – Facilitate Leadership Team meetings, synthesize insights, and ensure alignment among senior stakeholders across AMS and the global network.

  • Strong experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business analysis, or project management within manufacturing or industrial environments. Bachelor’s in administration desired or equivalent experience with multinational companies or working with international teams, MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to model financial and operational scenarios and synthesize actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using structured problem‑solving methodologies (A3, PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from concept to execution.
  • High level of agility and resilience to operate in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, and comfort presenting complex ideas.
