Se requiere experiencia en gestión de proyectos, habilidad para liderar equipos y conocimiento de normas de protección contra incendios. Ofrecemos un salario a partir de $20 al mes, beneficios como aumentos salariales y opción a contrato indefinido, y condiciones de trabajo flexibles. Formación

• Mínimo de 3-5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos en la industria de protección contra incendios o construcción.
• Sólido conocimiento de sistemas de protección contra incendios, códigos y regulaciones.
• Certificación PMP o equivalente es un plus.

• Desarrollar planes de proyecto integrales, incluidos plazos, presupuestos y asignación de recursos.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure fire protection codes and standards adherence.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment among team members.

Budget Management

• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Prepare and submit cost estimates and budget forecasts to upper management and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that all work performed meets industry standards and complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify the integrity and functionality of fire protection systems.

Client Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project status, milestones, and any changes to scope or timelines.

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring mínimal disruption to timelines and client satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications - Education

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, fire protection technology, or a related field preferred.

Qualifications - Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the fire protection, construction, or related industry.

Qualifications - Certifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Qualifications - Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and regulations.
