Bosch México, ubicado en Toluca, busca un responsable de compras para liderar la estrategia y ejecución de aprovisionamiento de proyectos especializados, asegurando costos, calidad y entregas dentro de los plazos.

Gestionará el suministro de materiales que componen el BOM, incluyendo componentes eléctricos y mecánicos, piezas diseñadas a medida y servicios de ingeniería, manufactura y logística, actuando como enlace entre Ingeniería, Gestión de Proyectos y proveedores para optimizar el

Competenze

• 3+ años de experiencia en Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing o Project Procurement.
• Experiencia gestionando BOMs complejos.
• Experiencia en sourcing de: componentes mecánicos, eléctricos, equipo de automatización, piezas de fabricación personalizadas y servicios de ingeniería.

• Liderar la estrategia de aprovisionamiento y ejecución de proyectos especializados, gestionando requerimientos end-to-end.
• Actuar como interfaz entre Ingeniería, Gestión de Proyectos, Logística, Calidad y proveedores.

Descripción del empleo

Responsible for leading the sourcing strategy and execution for specialized machinery projects, managing procurement requirements end-to-end, from the identification of the need through the receipt of materials in the assembly area, ensuring compliance with the project's cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

Manages the supply of materials and services that comprise the Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects, including national and international commercial electrical and mechanical components, custom-designed fabricated parts, as well as engineering, manufacturing, assembly, programming, automation, logistics, and packaging services.

Acts as the primary interface between Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers, ensuring the timely availability of the resources required for successful project execution, while optimizing the assigned budget and maximizing value generation for the organization.

Responsible for conducting supplier selection and development processes in accordance with corporate compliance, ethics, transparency, and fair competition guidelines, identifying and mitigating supply risks that may impact business objectives.

Requisitos

Bachelor's Degree In

Professional Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, or Project Procurement.
• Experience managing complex Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Experience sourcing:

  • Custom manufacturing parts
  • Engineering services
