HCLTech in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Project Manager with SAP implementation experience to lead a change management and ERP transformation program. The role covers design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of benefits realization across the client organization.

The candidate will guide the team through design, security mappings, training and post-implementation support, while coordinating with clients at all organizational levels.

Formación

• Experience supporting change management for ERP or technology-enabled business transformation programs.
• Design and execute role definitions, process designs, security mappings, stakeholder assessments, benefits cases, and communications strategies.
• Communicate changes to work, process, personnel, and technology for smooth transitions.
• Strong consulting and analytical skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of business consulting experience.
• Ability to work at all levels within organizations.
• Spanish writing and speaking; English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Support business transformation for clients through Change Management activities and deliverables.
• Engage with stakeholders across client organizations to ensure readiness for new/modified tech and processes.
• Execute comprehensive change, transition, and post-implementation support strategies.

HCL Tech is looking for Project Manager with experience managing SAP implementation team.

SKILLS:

• Experience supporting change management for ERP or technology-enabled business transformation programs – from design through to implementation and review


• Ability to design and execute role definitions, process designs, security authorization mappings, stakeholder management assessments, benefits cases, and communications strategies and deliverables


• Experience in identifying, analyzing, and communicating changes to work, process, personnel, and technology in a manner that facilitates smooth organizational transition to the new future state


• Outstanding consulting and analytical skills


• A minimum of 5 years internal or external business consulting experience


• The ability to work at all levels within organizations


• Post-graduate business degree or equivalent experience

SAP experience strongly desired

• Spanish conversant and writing skills as well as English


• To support business transformation for clients through Change Management activities and deliverables focused on minimizing impact to business performance and accelerating benefits realization


• To engage with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations to ensure that the business is prepared to accept and adopt new and modified technology, processes, and organizational structures


• To execute on comprehensive business change, transition, and post-implementation support strategies that inform, educate, and prepare impacted stakeholder groups to achieve transformation outcomes
