Yazaki North America, Inc. in Nuevo León seeks a Sergeant at Arms (SIA) to enforce project objectives across SAP implementations and production improvement initiatives. You will ensure alignment, adherence to processes, and on-time milestone delivery.

The role requires a degree in engineering, SAP experience, and strong English; you'll lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, escalate issues, and promote accountability within a disciplined project environment.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in SAP implementations within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Leadership and operational discipline.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
