ZEISS Group in Mexico City seeks a Project Manager – Global Logistics Projects to lead international logistics and supply chain initiatives across business units and regions.

You will manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, coordinating with global stakeholders, IT partners, and logistics providers to deliver on time, on budget, and to quality standards. Fluent English is required for this 100% bilingual role.

Formación

• 5+ years in Supply Chain Management / Logistics in international settings.
• Experience leading complex or large-scale projects.
• Strong PM skills: timelines, budgets, risks, milestones, deliverables.
• Experience with SCM processes and SAP environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
• Lean Management knowledge is valued; SAP SCM certifications are valued.
• English proficiency is mandatory; bilingual EN–ES role.

Are you ready to lead strategic logistics projects in a truly global environment?

At ZEISS, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Global Logistics Projects to join our team in Mexico City and contribute to international Supply Chain and Logistics initiatives across different ZEISS business units and regions.

Your mission

You will lead complex, cross-functional logistics and Supply Chain projects from planning through implementation, working with international stakeholders, strategic logistics providers, IT partners, suppliers, and internal teams.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards, while coordinating teams and stakeholders across different countries and functions.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management / Logistics within an international organization.
• Strong experience managing complex or large-scale projects.
• Solid Project Management capabilities, including timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with SCM processes and IT/SAP environments.
• University degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
• Lean Management knowledge is highly valued.
• SAP SCM knowledge/certifications are highly valued.

English proficiency is a MUST.

This is a 100% bilingual role (English–Spanish). You will work directly with international teams and stakeholders, so full professional proficiency in English is required.
