The role requires 2+ years in project delivery and a certified Project Management qualification. We are working on a Project Manager opportunity for a large Multinational corporation with operations in Mexico City.

Location : Hybrid – 2-3 days on-site in Miguel Hidalgo - Mexico City

Contract Duration : 12+ months

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of project delivery experience
• Certified Project Management accreditation
• Strong skills in: Stakeholder Management, Communication, Planning & Critical Thinking, Coaching & Leadership, Conflict Management, Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Communication:
  • Develop and manage project timelines and schedules
  • Anticipate impacts of current and future project phases
  • Translate technical project plans into clear business language for stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues through collaboration and problem-solving
  • Manage project dependencies and communicate risks effectively across all levels
  • Oversee end-to-end project financial planning and management
  • Ensure quarterly spending aligns with business outcomes
  • Follow monthly financial management processes
• Project Delivery & Governance:
  • Lead and inspire the team to meet project goals and deadlines
  • Ensure adherence to rigorous governance models and compliance with Client PACE methodology
• Business Outcome Delivery:
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Solve problems proactively and ensure project success through resilience and resourcefulness
• Change Management:
  • Understand and manage the wider impact of project changes
  • Gain sponsorship and buy-in at the appropriate levels
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth adoption and implementation
  • Work with multiple vendors to develop and implement project solutions
  • Ensure compliance with Client standards
  • Effectively plan, direct, and monitor teams, including technical, business, vendor, and governance resources
