This is a full-time, permanent position based in Tijuana, Mexico.

Formación

About the Position and Who Will Best Fill It

AutoGrow seeks to hire one amazing Project Manager who has experience with web design projects and with various web apps (e.g., Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Zapier, WordPress, Leadpages, etc.).

Most of the work involves assigning tasks to team members, updating the clients through the AutoGrow app, and answering client questions.

Some of the work involves using simple software tools, some of which might be new to you.

If you don't understand how to use a new marketing app, you should be the type of person who can fiddle with it (without breaking anything) and figure it out.

You should be diligent, process‑oriented, self‑directed, and very detail‑focused.

Requirements

• Excellent written English skills for communicating with AutoGrow's clients.
• Reliable, stable, and fast internet connection.
• Project management experience.
• Friendly, diligent, and enjoy working within a proven process and recurring daily workflow.
• Comfortable working virtually and being self‑directed.
• Availability to work during normal business hours (9 am‑5 pm EST, Monday‑Friday).
• Digital marketing experience and knowledge is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow our training details; work to improve them over time.
• Collaborate & delegate tasks to other team members.
• Lead team sync‑ups daily at 9 am EST, Monday‑Friday.
• Attend daily team meetings at 3 pm EST, participate with constructive ideas.
• Quality check the work of the developers, copywriters, and designers.
• Improve workflow processes as part of your responsibility.
