About the Role

Join our team as a SPA Project Manager, where you’ll lead complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and client satisfaction across our SPA business

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Project Delivery: Develop and execute project plans, manage scope, schedule, and resources.
• Financial Oversight: Control budgets, costs, and cash flow; approve transactions in ERP systems.
• Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, manage changes, and oversee claims.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with clients and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in project management within mining or heavy industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor) and project management tools.
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance standards.
