Job summary

bXperts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and support industrial projects in Mexico and across Latin America. The role covers coordinating on-site activities, technical teams, customers, and contractors through installation, commissioning, start-up, and production-line improvements.

This hands-on position requires travel within Mexico and LATAM, a strong customer focus, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project engineering, field service, manufacturing, automation, or industrial operations.
• Experience in food & beverage, packaging, bottling, dairy or consumer goods.
• Knowledge of installation, commissioning, start-up and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Strong coordination, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with customers, technicians, contractors and multicultural teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.

This hands-on role involves coordinating on-site activities, technical teams, customers, and contractors throughout equipment installation, commissioning, start-up, and production-line improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site project progress and ensure activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Support the execution of equipment installation, commissioning, start-up, and production-line improvement projects.
• Coordinate project activities between customers, technicians, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to help ensure on-time completion.
• Assist with planning manpower, materials, travel logistics, and technical resources.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP requirements, and customer standards.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain clear project documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project engineering, field service, manufacturing, automation, or industrial operations.
• Experience in the food and beverage, packaging, bottling, dairy, or consumer goods industries.
• Good knowledge of industrial equipment installation, commissioning, start-up, and maintenance practices.
• Strong coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.
