Project Manager

Requirements

• Education: Industrial Engineering or related
• 3 - 5 years of experience.
• Advanced English.
• Living near to Celaya, Gto or around.
• Project Management Certification (Desirable)
• Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, MSA)
• VDA 6.3 (Desirable)

Your tasks

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal capabilities.
• Ensure alignment with automotive industry standards and regulations, including IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) requirements.
• Enforces Effective Change Control. The project manager ensures that scope creep, communications, and quality are carefully managed.
• Accomplish successful hand-over of the project to operations.
• Keeps Team Center projects updated until Series Phase.
• Promote the use of project management software and digital dashboards for transparency and efficiency.
