Job summary

Trane Technologies plc in Mexico is seeking a Project Manager for Data Center projects to plan, coordinate and execute complex control of HVAC facilities. You will manage from engineering through commissioning and closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and safety compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience in data center projects, advanced English, and a solid understanding of EHS regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Data Center projects.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Understanding of applicable norms, standards, and regulations.
• Administration and financial management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC project from engineering trough commissioning and project closeout.
• Develop and maintain integrated projects, identify risk, paths, milestone.
• Conduct weekly project review, meeting with customers, disciplinary installations PM, engineering, logistics, etc
• Monitoring manufacturing progress and coordinating equipment deliveries
• Review and validate materials take off (MTO), Bills of Materials (BOM), equipment quality and cost control
• ESH – Enclosure compliance with ESH corporate policies, customer safety, and applicable local regulations
• Report EHS observations including incidences, near misses, and corrective actions.
• Support regular site safety audits and verify closure of ESH Action time
