Vous serez responsable du soutien au transfert de production vers un nouveau site et de l'optimisation des coûts. Un diplôme en ingénierie, idéalement en mécanique, et une bonne maîtrise de l'espagnol sont requis. Formación

• Diplôme d'ingénieur avec spécialisation en mécanique.
• Première expérience dans un groupe industriel à portée internationale.
• Bonne maîtrise de l'espagnol ; l'anglais serait un plus.

• Soutenir le transfert de production vers un nouveau site au Mexique.

We are now looking for a PRODUCTION TRANSFER PROJECT ENGINEER (M / F) based in Celaya, Mexico.

Being part of our Antivibration & Belt Systems (ABS) Activity, and Belt Drive Systems (BDS) & Anti Vibration Systems (AVS) Divisions, you will report hierarchically to the local Mexican BDS Operations Manager and functionally to the ABS Industrial Director in the USA.

Responsabilités

• Get to know of the production processes specific requirements
• Support the production transfer to a new Location in Mexico.
• Contribute to optimize the transfer planning and costs: ensure compliance to the project budget
• Support the coordination of industrial transfer activities with ABS Industrial Directions in both Nafta and Europe
• In coordination with the current plant managements, you will contribute to transfer regular highlights to the ABS Steering commitee, for decision making.
• Prepare and present periodic project reviews, including Safety, Quality, Costs and Lead times project indicators
• KPIs: respect of planning milestones, successful validation rate, profitability of the solution after SOP vs quoted profitability.

Qualifications

• Holding an Engineering Masters degree, ideally with a specialisation in Mechanical, you have a first experience in an industrial group with an international scope.
• A good command of Spanish is required for this role.
• English would be a plus.
