Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an AI Program Manager Engineer to lead advanced AI initiatives and complex, cross-functional programs.

The role requires strong technical program management, stakeholder coordination, and excellent communication. You’ll work with SQL, BigQuery, Looker LookML, and AI domains to deliver outcomes. Candidates should be located in or willing to relocate to major Mexican cities and attend the office at least 3 days a week.

Formación

• Education: Systems Engineering degree or equivalent formal education/practical experience.
• Experience with leading AI/analytical programs is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical programs across cross-functional teams with complex dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders and drive program execution with clear milestones.
• Communicate project status and results with executives and teams.

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Technical Program Management, dependency management, stakeholder management, drive complex cross-functional programs, strong written and verbal communication, good presentation skills, understanding of AI and agents' space.
• Advanced SQL & BigQuery expertise
• Looker & Looker Studio proficiency (specifically advanced LookML knowledge)

Qualifications

Candidate must be located in or willing to relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 days per week.
