The role involves providing comprehensive support across programmatic, financial, and logistical aspects. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess relevant work experience. Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in Mexico.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a full range of program support to the Program Manager.
• Assist with program events, training, and workshops.
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Draft program-related documents and reports.
• Travel throughout Mexico for program events and meetings.

Conocimientos

Technical knowledge related to internal migration in Mexico

Excellent organizational skills

Interpersonal and customer service skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Bilingual in English and Mexican Spanish

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
