SGI Global LLC seeks a fluent English-speaking Program Analyst - UAS to support the Department of State, INL, in Mexico City, providing professional and administrative services to the U.S. Foreign Assistance Program in Mexico.

The role involves coordinating law enforcement professionalization and capacity-building projects, advising INL Program Officers, and drafting regular reports, with travel to related locations as needed.

Formación

• Mexican Citizen or Third Country National.
• Spanish FSI level 4 (Native) and English FSI level 3 (B2).
• Bachelor's degree in international relations, law enforcement, public policy, criminal justice, social sciences, or related field or associate degree with five years related experience, or ten years in related fields.
• Five years of program management experience, with at least three years in law enforcement/training projects or program management.
• Experience working with UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems).
• Ability to pass a U.S. Embassy RSO security background check.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior U.S. and GOM officials.
• Experience drafting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• The position is located in Mexico City; travel to other locations in Mexico, the United States and other countries may be required.
• Coordinate the implementation of law enforcement professionalization and capacity-building projects for criminal justice authorities.
• Assist INL's Program Officers on assessing, planning, monitoring law enforcement projects for criminal justice authorities.
• Incumbent will perform other duties as required by INL for this position.

SGI Global LLC is seeking fluent English speaking a Program Analyst - UAS to support the Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) in Mexico City, which requires professional and administrative support services to work with the U.S. Foreign Assistance Program to Mexico.

Qualifications

• Mexican Citizen or Third Country National.
• Spanish FSI level 4 (Native)
• English FSI level 3 (B2)
• Bachelor's degree in international relations, law enforcement, public policy, criminal justice, social sciences, or related field or associate degree with five (5) years related experience from an accredited institution or; ten (10) years of related experience in the justice sector, law enforcement, international development, international affairs, or public administration.
• A combination of five (5) years of experience in program management, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a professional setting related to law enforcement, managing law enforcement support and training projects or program management.
• Experience working with UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems)
• Ability to pass a U.S. Embassy RSO security background check.
• Ability to deal effectively with senior U.S. and GOM officials.
• Experience in drafting and authoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Duties

• Coordinates the implementation of law enforcement professionalization and capacity-building projects for criminal justice authorities which could include prosecutors, analysts, investigators, and police, and corrections officials.
• Assists and advises INL's Program Officers on assessing, planning, monitoring law enforcement professionalization projects for criminal justice authorities which could include prosecutors, analysts, investigators, police, and corrections officials.
