Jabil in Mexico seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead a skilled team, and drive efficiency and quality. You will manage schedules, monitor processes, and mentor staff to meet performance targets.

The role emphasizes strong communication, safety, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality output.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily production schedules and activities, ensuring adherence to plans and deadlines.
• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues, optimizing workflow and efficiency.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to production team members, fostering skill development and a positive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments regarding production status, challenges, and solutions.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve established targets for output, quality, and safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.
• Prepare and present production reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
