Key Responsibilities

• Be an expert in production delivery control, quality assurance, people management, and line balancing.
• Support the manager in building up and optimizing the production internal management system.
• Control production costs, including WIP, head count, overtime, scrap, etc., to meet team targets.
• Understand and provide solutions to resolve operational constraints.
• Implement preventative operational improvement activities based on actual data in collaboration with function teams.
• Manage team members to follow company policy and rules, maintaining good morale and discipline.
• Maintain a safe working environment, leading subordinates to follow safety & security guidelines and avoid accidents.
• Evaluate team members' performance and provide suggestions or solutions for improvement.
• Work closely with cross‑functional team members to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with strong application skills and hands‑on capability.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing plant, leading a team.
• Good written and reading English.
• Familiar with production management and distributed processes, with experience delivering on time, improving quality, and assembling operations.
• Willing to learn and develop, self‑driven, motivated, with a high level of initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, strong analytical and organizational skills.
