Responsabilidades incluyen supervisar actividades de producción y liderar al equipo para asegurar un ambiente de trabajo seguro y eficiente. Se requiere título en Ingeniería, buen manejo del inglés y experiencia en gestión de personal. Formación

• 1 año de experiencia en el área.
• Inglés (Preferente).
• Manejo o administración de personal.
• Experiencia en cuarto limpio.
• Conocimiento en ISO 13485, FDA o ISO 9002.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisa todas actividades operativas durante la producción.
• Lidera miembros del equipo para implementar producción de manera segura.
• Comunica con los miembros del equipo sobre todos los problemas.

Oversees and organizes all operation activities during normal production for responsible area. Leads all team members to implement production safely efficiently and accurately based on safety regulations standard operating procedures checklists quality standards production plans etc. Assists with implementation of lean methodology and/or health safety & environment practices. Coordinates maintenance issues with the maintenance department and oversees safety during maintenance if necessary. Works with other personnel to complete equipment isolation flushing replacement inspection commissioning etc. Communicates with team members on all issues. Provides performance evaluation input to supervisor. May work as a backup to positions in a shift group.Requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities may include: Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations. Training delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees. Problems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex.
