A leading automotive supplier in Saltillo seeks a professional to coordinate production scheduling and customer service to meet delivery objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, preparing S&OP, and analyzing performance metrics. Candidates should have proficiency in Office applications, advanced English, and knowledge of SAP. Responsabilidades

• Preparation of S&OP for each production line and customer.
• Establishes control mechanisms to ensure compliance with commitments.
• Prepares reports on sales plans and service performance.
• Controls the information flow to ensure adherence to delivery deadlines.
• Maintains follow-up with the customer to identify needs.
• Handles service claims and analyzes root causes.
• Responds to customer suggestions and inquiries.
• Prepares the Sales Forecast.
• Measures customer satisfaction and establishes improvement mechanisms.
• Communicates production plans internally and leads review meetings.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Advanced English
