A leading manufacturing company in Mexico is seeking an individual to manage and fulfill production plans while overseeing the production area. Responsibilities include addressing production risks, analyzing cost reports, implementing metrics for production control, and executing improvements through Kaizen methodologies. Candidates should possess strong analytical, negotiation, and team collaboration skills, and have a background in Industrial Engineering or Administration.

Responsabilidades

• Review, monitoring and fulfillment of production plan generated by the MPS.
• Work with Program Manager to prioritize production area tasks.
• Identify production risks and analyze cost reports.
• Implement and monitor metrics in the Production Control Department.
• Execute Kaizen improvements for better activity execution.
• Maintain work orders from opening to closing.
• Analyze cycle counts and communicate results with MPS.
• Validate consumption in each WO system or Job.

• Industrial Engineer, Degree in Administration.
• English 80

Main Responsibilities

• Review, monitoring and fulfillment of production plan generated by the MPS which is released every area on a weekly basis.
• Work in conjunction with the Program Manager the priorities list to be followed in the production area.
• Identify risks that could impact production through the revision of the cost report.
• Implementation and monitoring of the various metrics that involve the Production Control Department (Aging Jobs, Cost Jobs, cycle counts, etc.
• Implement improvements (Kaizen) to allow better execution in their respective activities.
• Responsible for maintaining work orders from opening to closing
• Analyze the results of cycle counts, keep the communication with the MPS of this result, find the root cause of the discrepancies and did not allow adjustments to be generated without having sought the cause that generated the discrepancy.
• Validate consumption in each WO system or Job and review corresponding variations vs the area of finance, for closure system.
